Private access to Playspace and cafe/mezzanine for two hours

INCLUDES:
75 guest total (25 children maximum)
Private access to playspace and cafe/mezzanine for first 1.5 hours of party
Private access to party room for the entire 2 hours (full room)
30 minute set-up/load-out time before and after party (While party hosts can arrive early for set up, party guests should arrive and leave within the designated 2 hour party time slot)
Two staff assistants
PlayArts party decor (banner and garland, party hats, table linens)
Tableware (plates, cups, napkins, utensils)

All party bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis. See calendar below for availability.

All food and beverages (excluding coffee or water) must be kept to the party room or mezzanine. Beer and wine, held by adults, are permitted in the PlaySpace ONLY during private party rentals.

Please contact the event coordinator at playartsevents@gmail.com to let them know what you plan on bringing so that we do not set up anything that is not needed. If you are planning on hiring a professional decorator, you MUST notify the event coordinator. Anyone hiring a professional decorator MUST discuss decorating plans with the event coordinator. Balloons and helium tanks cannot be left at PlayArts. Balloons left at PlayArts will result in an additional charge of $50. Additional charges may be applied.

Our Lee Street entrance is in the back of our building, located behind Front Street Cafe's outdoor seating area. The entrance is clearly marked.

There is ample street parking throughout the neighborhood. Please be sure to check signs for time restrictions and limitations. There is a paid ParkAmerica parking lot a block away at 1320 N. Front St. We are not affiliated with the lot, so prices may vary. There is also a Municipal Lot with 20 parking spots at 1300 Frankford Ave. that is free for 2 hours.

The Mama-Tee Community Fridge is located at 1255 E Palmer St, Philadelphia, PA 19125. We suggest ordering 5-9 pizzas and requesting pizzas be double cut for children.
