monthly family playspace subscription
Terms & Conditions
Please review the below Terms & Conditions before proceeding. All clients will be required to accept the below conditions upon finalizing your purchase. Once purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to provide names and details for each individual you wish to include on your subscription.
Terms:
This monthly subscription covers up to four (4) children in the same household and up to four (4) parents/caregivers for unlimited playspace access during public hours.
All caregivers and children covered by this subscription must be listed on the subscription form or must pay separately for their visit. (Link to form will be provided in your confirmation email.)
Children/families from separate households may not share a subscription plan. Each family must purchase their own subscription.
Parents and caregivers are required to sign a waiver upon each visit.
Billing and Cancellation:
Your monthly subscription automatically renews each month on the day that it was purchased.
Once a payment has processed, we cannot issue any refunds
You may cancel at any time.
**For families enrolled in a Playspace subscription plan before the price change on November 1st, 2022, your present monthly rate will be honored as long as your subscription stays active.
